Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council, whereas he considers it right and conducive to the public good, is pleased to authorize the remission of the production shortfall penalties due from High Liner Foods Incorporated from January 1, 2010 until the obligation to pay those penalties has been discharged.
