Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council  Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ross Reid as Deputy Minister Responsible for the Provincial Population Growth Strategy, effective December 17, 2012, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with any costs associated with the salaries and operations of the development of the Provincial Population Growth Strategy to be paid from the budget of the Department of Advanced Education and Skills.
