Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development to pre-commit funding of $2,000,000 against its 2013/14 Business Attraction Fund capital (2.1.04.08) budgetary allocation to facilitate entering into an agreement with Marwood Ltd.
