Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development to pre-commit funding of $350,000 against its 2013/14 Business Attraction Fund capital (2.1.04.08) budgetary allocation to facilitate entering into an agreement with Newfoundland and Labrador Mobile Shelters Limited.
