Under the authority of sections 3, 6, 12, 26 and 28 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled, “Town of Fogo Island Order,” a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
