Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to designate the position of Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, currently occupied by Jamie Chippett, as having Deputy Minister status, effective from the date of Mr. Chippett’s appointment, and to set the salary for Jamie Chippett at Step 15 on the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, effective January 17, 2011.
