Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,950 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment from Newlab Engineering Ltd. located at Twillingate, NL up to January 1, 2011, and thereafter on a month to month if necessary, under the existing terms and conditions as the original lease, and at an increased rental rate of $60,430.50 per annum ($30.99/sq ft).
