Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the Board of Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission each for a three year term, effective from a current date:

i)  Mr. Grant Barnes, Worker Representative (reappointment);

ii)  Mr. George Kean, Worker Representative (reappointment);

iii)  Mr. Jack Parsons, Employer Representative (reappointment);

iv) Ms. Elizabeth Forward, Public Repsentative (reappointment); and

v)  Ms. Cavell Bolger, Public Representative - Injured Workers.
