Under the authority of section 7 of the College Act, 1996, paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Elizabeth Kidd as President and Chief Executive Officer of the College of the North Atlantic, on an acting basis, effective March 10, 2017, until such time as the position is permanently filled, with a 10% increase applied to her current salary for the duration of the acting appointment only.
