Under the authority of section 7 and section 8 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to make the Regulations entitled “Endangered Species List Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
