Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations for fiscal year 2011/12 of $8,000,000 and for fiscal year 2012/13 of $6,485,000 to facilitate the awarding of a tender for construction associated with the new K-12 school in St. Anthony (CP2 – construction).
