Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding of up to $10 million per year against its budgetary appropriations for fiscal years 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14 to provide for the award of the Agency of Record contract for Tourism Marketing.
