Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $10,000,000 against its 2011-12 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the early commencement and completion of major K-12 school maintenance/building envelope projects.
