Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize The Rooms Corporation to proceed with a Request For Proposals for the design, build and installation of two new permanent exhibitions, the Cultural Tapestry Exhibition and the Social History Exhibition, on the 4th floor of The Rooms building, with the Request For Proposals to clearly specify that the project scope may be scaled back contingent on sufficient project funding being raised.
