Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to create the position of Assistant Deputy Minister – Service Delivery and Regional Operations in the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, effective January 31, 2011.
