Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Liverman as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister – Mineral Resource Management in the Department of Natural Resources, effective January 31, 2011, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1358 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
