Under the authority of section 11 of the Tobacco Health Care Costs Recovery Act, SNL2001, c. T-4.2, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on February 7, 2011.
