Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $21,700,000 against 2011/12 budgetary appropriations, $26,000,000 against 2012/13 budgetary appropriations, and $6,900,000 against 2013/14 budgetary appropriations in order to facilitate the award of the contract for the Labrador West Health Care Centre to Pomerleau Inc.
