Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of Climate Change, Energy Efficiency and Emissions Trading to pre-commit funds of $180,800 against its 2011/12 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of three consulting contracts in relation to climate change.
