Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to pre-commit funds of $49,200 against its 2011/12 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a consulting contract in relation to climate change.
