Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $943,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2011-12 to facilitate the West Block Interior Lighting Upgrade construction contract.
