Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ben Gardner as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Business), in the Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, effective February 27, 2017, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
