Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is please to confirm the appointment of Marc Kielley as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Regional Development and Diversification), in the Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, on an acting basis, effective February 27, 2017, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
