Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to pre-commit funds of $54,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14 to facilitate the award of the tender for the closed circuit television surveillance system for George Street.
