Under the authority of sections 5(2) and 9(8) of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to provide that where required by the Minister, strategic plans developed for Nalcor Energy and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation shall include for identified subsidiaries (not already fully addressed in the strategic goals of the parent company) planning priorities that (a) indicate the expected progress for the planning period, and (b) allow for annual performance reporting.  The planned level and format for subsidiary planning and reporting must meet the approval of the responsible minister.
