Under the authority of sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Deputy Minister of Finance and the Deputy Minister of the Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat to execute the draft Service Management Framework Agreement on behalf of the Province in substantially the same form as appended to the Minister’s Submission.
