Under the authority of section 36(3) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land to William Keough comprising an area of 26.3 hectares, located at Parson’s Pond, in the Electoral District of St. Barbe, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
