Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to execute the Reciprocal Taxation Agreement on behalf of the province, in substantially the same form as appended to the Minister’s Submission.
