Under the authority of section 10 of the Interprovincial Subpoena Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled “Court Designation Order,” a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to designate the Ontario Racing Commission as a court under the Interprovincial Subpoena Act.
