Under the authority of section 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Inspector Calvin Barrett to the position of Superintendent (Corner Brook) with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective immediately.
