Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Bruce Cooper as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services, effective immediately, with salary at Step 20 of the 2448 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
