Under the authority of section 8 of the Labour Relations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Glenn Branton as acting Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Relations Board on an interim basis, effective from March 1, 2011 until the selection process for a permanent Chief Executive Officer is concluded, with salary at an appropriate step on the HL-28 scale.
