Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Ingrid E. Clarke as Assistant Deputy Minister – Infrastructure in the Department of Education, effective March 4, 2011 with a salary at an appropriate level on the 1312 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
