Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $9.5M in each of the fiscal years 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14 against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of three year contracts to provide Government’s Information Technology and Information Management professional services beginning April 1, 2011 as follows:

i)  Bell Canada Inc. with a pre-commitment up to $5M per year;

ii)  PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP  with a pre-commitment up to $3M per year; and

iii)  Plato Consulting Inc. with a pre-commitment up to $1.5M per year.
