Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act and section 5.2 of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to amend OC2009-295 to remove from Item (ii) the words “which agreement will expire no later than February 28, 2010”, constituting an expiry date for the exemption from the Public Utilities Act and the Electrical Power Control Act 1994 of specified activities by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro.
