Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Scott as Assistant Deputy Minister – Energy Policy in the Department of Natural Resources, effective March 14, 2011, with salary at step 32 of the 1358 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, on a personal basis, and with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
