Under the authority of section 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Inspector James Carroll to the position of Superintendent (Operational Support) with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective immediately.
