Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding in the amount of $112,500 against its 2011-12 budgetary appropriations and $37,500 against it 2012-13 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to implement BenPlus Pension Administration software for the Teachers’ Pension Plan.
