Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $11.64M in 2012-13 and $12.16M in 2013-14, inclusive of Federal funding from the Gateways and Border Crossings Fund, to enable the Department to facilitate project approvals.
