Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land comprising an area of 134 m² to East-Glo Electric Limited in the Electoral District of Terra Nova for the purpose of a parking area and storage of building materials, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
