Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Ms. Rachelle Cochrane as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Relations Agency effective upon the return of the incumbent, Mr. Wayne Fowler, on March 2, 2011, and returns Ms. Cochrane to the position of Assistant Deputy Minister - Policy and Planning in the Labour Relations Agency, with salary at step 25 of the 1788 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
