Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Julia Mullaley as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, effective April 4, 2011, with Deputy Minister status, and with salary at an appropriate level on the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, effective March 29, 2011.
