Under the authority of section 90 of the Personal Health Information Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Personal Health Information Regulations,” a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, having an effective date of April 1, 2011 to coincide with the proclamation of the Personal Health Information Act.
