Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is please to authorize the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment to pre-commit funds of $7.0M against its 2011-12 and 2012-13 budgetary appropriations for programs and services administered under Employment Development Programs, Employment Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Program and Youth and Student Services Program.
