Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is please to authorize the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment to pre-commit funds up to $66.5M for 2011-12 and 2012-13 for programs and services provided through the Labour Market Development Agreement and up to $6.0M in 2011-12 and up to $4.25M in 2012-13 for programs and services provided through the Labour Market Agreement.
