Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is please to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $884,900 against its 2012/13 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of the tender for the operation of the Southern Labrador Ferry Service to Williams Harbour and Norman Bay to Puddister Trading Company Limited.
