Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Keith Deering as Assistant Deputy Minister – Agrifoods Development in the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, Department of Natural Resources, effective April 1, 2011, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
