Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Keith Bowden to the position of Executive Director – Buildings in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective May 2, 2011, with a salary of $111,600 upon appointment, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Bowden’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
