Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act,the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland Liquor Corporation to proceed with a Request for Proposals for the design, build and leaseback of a new warehouse facility, subject to the Newfoundland Liquor Corporation reporting to Treasury Board on the results of the Request for Proposals prior to awarding a contract.
