Under the authority of section 7 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Cathy Bennett as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective April 12, 2011.
